Program Overview

Our MBA in Nonprofit Management and Public Administration combines the strength of the MBA curriculum with the deeper study of management issues and operations unique to nonprofit organizations and government agencies. You’ll have the opportunity to learn from experts in the field who bring their real-world experience into the classroom. They’ll immerse you in subjects like governance and board development, fundraising and budgeting strategies, volunteer recruitment, public and intergovernmental relations, financial and legal issues, program evaluation and fraud prevention.

Graduate Certificate

Post-Baccalaureate students can earn a graduate certificate by selecting four courses within one of the MBA concentration areas or within the MBA core for a total of twelve credits. Students may at any time transition into the MBA degree program course of study through the standard application process.

What to Expect

Because we want to make this program work with your schedule, we offer classes at our main campus, our off-site locations, and online. Our nonprofit MBA is designed for working professionals, which means you can get your degree in two years—while still working full-time. Plus, we don’t require the GRE or GMAT to apply.

Consider adding a bachelor's degree in public health which will give you the skills and understanding to help protect and promote the health of the general population through prevention and health equity. Knowledge in public health will enhance your abilities to serve as an effective non-profit leader.
